Earl Grey Milo Swirl Bread

I have always wondered how a bread incorporated with Earl Grey is like. I have tasted Earl Grey cakes, which are amazing, so this time, I tried it on a bread recipe.
Recipe adapted from Amilaya Recipe
280g    bread flour
134g    milk, infused with Earl Grey and cooled
40g      sugar
pinch  salt
1tsp     yeast
1          medium egg
4          Earl Grey tea bags
23 g     oil
To infuse the milk, boil the milk till it’s simmering, remove from heat and put in the tea bags. Let it sit for 7-8 minutes, then squeeze dry the tea bags. Refrigerate the milk till room temp / slightly cool.
Note that the tea bags will absorb some of the milk, so when adding, weigh again and top up with more milk or water to make up to the required amount.
Proofing took about an hour.
If you would like something extra, roll it out into a rectangle and sprinkle some Milo powder all over, then roll it up Swiss roll style.
Bake at 180ºC for 25-30 minutes.
